Call Barbara Gabriel at the PSC to request a DUPLICATE BALLOT. Call (212) 354-1252 and ask for Barbara Gabriel. Please keep a record of your call.

For unexplained reasons, Barbara Bowen's New-Caucus-controlled PSC has been responding to E-mail ballot requests with the following auto-reply:

"If this E-mail is regarding a ballot for the General Election or the AAUP election, please call the office at 212-354-1252. I will not send a response to Emails." [emphasis by CUNY ALLIANCE]

The CUNY ALLIANCE believes that PSC refusal to accept E-mail requests for ballots impedes the ability of PSC members to exercise their right to vote. In the meantime please call the above number to request a ballot and KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR CALL.

When you receive your ballot, please do NOT put it aside.

• Place your ballot in the "SECRET BALLOT" envelope
• Place the "SECRET BALLOT" envelope in the outer envelope provided.
