Today we received at our campus mailbox an impressive flyer from the New Caucus. It's on heavy card stock, in three colors, with four photographs and a fancy logo. Definitely their budget must be doing OK. Right on the cover, they boast "A Fair Contract and Strong Welfare Fund". What contract are they talking about? We have had NO CONTRACT since 2002! Could they have forgotten?
